Air and Gas Heaters

With the compact Stainless Steel Sheathed elements there are no worries of instant burn-out from exposed wire heater elements not being exposed to media movement for a few seconds. No concerns of failure from contaminants like, compressor oils or line debris affecting the life or operation of the elements.  Unlike standard open coil designs the Betadyne heaters are impervious to contaminants and operate at watt densities of 10 – 30, not 1000 – 1200 watts per square inch.  So even if you lose air flow for brief periods there is no immediate  concern for element failures.

The Betadyne heater takes what is best from open coil elements, response time and compactness and combines it with the advantages of customary sheathed elements durability, to give you the most cost effective compact, powerful and common sense heater available.

Betadyne’s Heaters were designed to replace expensive oversized heater units.  All of the units rely on Very Low Watt Density elements, so there will be no detrimental impacts on your Gaseous Streams, DI or RO Steams, and these units impart large powers safely in very small areas.

Betadyne’s explosion proof heaters are far more compact, lower watt density and fully welded, at half the cost of conventional products.  All products are LOW watt density and FULL Stainless-Steel construction.
